Returns Policy


If you have received your item and you are not entirely happy and would like a refund, we must receive your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.

PLEASE NOTE, we do not refund sale items. We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on sale items. 

Please contact us at with your name, order number and reason for return.This is very important as without it we cannot guarantee that the item is yours when it is returned. We will then send you the returns information. 


All goods must be returned in perfect unused condition with tickets still attached and in original packaging for an exchange or refund for an exchange or refund (and within the 14 days stated above). Any returns which are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 


We recommend you send your goods by recorded delivery as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.  


Please include a note so we can identify your parcel and whether you require an exchange or refund, failure to do so can result in a delay in processing your refund. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
